Terms & Conditions

Prizes and their Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"):

†Grand Prize (1): Four (4) tickets to attend the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Match at Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, CA on Thursday, June 25, 2026; round-trip limousine transportation for four (4) people to Levi's Stadium departing from and returning to Bay Federal Credit Union, 3333 Clares Street, Capitola, CA 95010. Winner is responsible for transportation to and from the departing point, and $250 cash deposited into the winner's membership savings account or disbursed by check if non-member. ARV: $3,000. The odds of being selected as the Grand Prize Winner depend on the number of entries at the time of the drawing. Based on the Sponsor's estimate of 147,000 entries, the odds of an entry winning are 1 in 147,000.

Weekly Prizes (8 total, one per week): Prizes vary and may include gift cards up to $25, garments, and other soccer-related items. One (1) winner per week during the Sweepstakes period. ARV: $100 each; $800 total. The odds of being selected as a Weekly Prize Winner depend on the number of eligible entries at the time of each drawing. Entries accumulate throughout the Sweepstakes period; earlier drawings will have fewer entries than later drawings. Based on the Sponsor's estimate of 147,000 total entries, the odds of winning any single Weekly Prize range from approximately 1 in 18,375 (first drawing) to 1 in 147,000 (final drawing). Winners are limited to one (1) Weekly Prize during the Sweepstakes period.

Total ARV of all prizes: $3,800.

How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter:

Opt-In Entry: Bay Federal Credit Union Cardholders who wish to participate must complete an entry form and agree to these Rules. Business Credit Cardholders are not eligible to enter.

After opting in, the cardholder will receive one (1) automatic Sweepstakes entry per day, provided at least one (1) qualifying Purchase is made that day, during the Sweepstakes period. New Cardholders will additionally receive twenty (20) automatic bonus entries on their first purchase. The value of the transaction will not increase or decrease your chances of winning a prize.

To Enter by Mail Without Purchase or Obligation: Hand-print your complete name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, daytime and evening telephone numbers (including area code), and valid email address on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, and mail it in a business-size (#10) envelope with sufficient postage affixed to: Bay Federal Credit Union, 3333 Clares Street, Capitola, CA 95010, Attention: Visa Credit Card Sweepstakes. Mailed entries must be postmarked between April 13, 2026, and June 6, 2026, and received by June 7, 2026. Entries submitted via 3x5 card are limited to one (1) entry per day and must be mailed in a separate, postmarked-and-stamped envelope. Mailed entries that are mechanically reproduced, copied, illegible, incomplete, postage due, late, or inaccurate, or submitted by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Mailed entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Incomplete entries or entries not complying with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery. Mailed-in entries are not considered automatic entries.

Eligibility: Participants must meet the criteria set forth in these Official Rules. Credit Union Employees and Officials and their immediate family members are not eligible to win. The Sweepstakes is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

Prize Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, each winner grants the Credit Union the right to use said winner's first name and likeness (including photographs) on its website; in all forms of media, including social media; and in marketing, advertising, and/or other promotional materials in whatever medium or format, without compensation, in perpetuity, except where prohibited by law.

Winner Selection and Notification:

Grand Prize: Winner will be selected on or about Tuesday, June 9, 2026, using an automated process. One (1) Entry will be randomly selected from all eligible Entries received. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing date. The cash prize component will be deposited into the Winner's Bay Federal Credit Union membership savings account or disbursed by check if the winner is a non-member within seven (7) business days of the drawing date. Winners need not be present to win. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Weekly Prizes: Winners will be selected every Friday, starting April 17, 2026, and ending June 5, 2026, using an automated process. Winners are limited to one (1) Weekly Prize during the Sweepstakes period. Winners will be notified by telephone and/or email within five (5) days of the drawing date. The Prize will be mailed to the address on file or the address provided with a mailed entry. Winners need not be present to win. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Winner Responsibilities: The value of the Grand Prize will be taxable to the winner as income. Bay Federal Credit Union will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the prize. All local, state, and federal taxes and fees apply and are the Winner's sole responsibility. Winners are advised to consult a qualified tax professional regarding any tax obligations arising from receipt of a prize. Bay Federal Credit Union does not provide tax advice. The Credit Union will not replace any lost or stolen prizes once in the Winner's possession.

List of Winners: To obtain a written notification of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope with a written request to: Bay Federal Credit Union, Attention: Sweepstakes, 3333 Clares Street, Capitola, CA 95010. Requests postmarked after Wednesday, December 9, 2026, will not be honored.

General Terms and Conditions: By entering this Sweepstakes, each participant agrees to these rules, and the decision of the Credit Union will be final. No transfer or substitution of Prizes allowed. Event-related prizes are subject to all event terms, conditions, and availability, including cancellation.

Winning a Prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules and fulfillment of all other requirements set forth herein. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify a participant if the Official Rules are violated in any way. The Official Rules are available during regular business hours at the Sponsor's branch locations and on the Sweepstakes website bayfed.com/soccer. Bay Federal Credit Union, their Officials and Employees, affiliates, contractors, and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be held liable for: (1) late, lost, misdirected, incorrect, illegible, undelivered, or incomplete entries; (2) any equipment malfunction, such as Internet, network, server, or telephone; or (3) any injuries, loss, or damage caused or created as a result of a Prize, acceptance of the prize, or use of a Prize. Bay Federal Credit Union reserves the right to modify or change the Sweepstakes and these Rules at any time without notice.

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way for any reason, including but not limited to fraud or unauthorized human intervention, the Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules, or (b) award the Prizes at random from among the eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of the impairment. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or operating in violation of these Rules. Such activities may constitute a violation of criminal and civil law, and the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and other remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. Failure by the Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Release and Limitations of Liability

All Prize Winners release and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and its officers, directors, members, employees, subsidiaries, affiliates, attorneys, advertising and promotion agencies, other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents ("Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and/or damages arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of the award and/or receipt and/or use or misuse of the Prize, including but not limited to:

1. Illness, death, damage of any kind, or injury to persons or property sustained or caused in conjunction with participation in the Sweepstakes, the use of a Prize awarded, or travel to/from and/or attendance at an event;
2. Technical errors associated with the Sweepstakes, such as lost, interrupted, or unavailable ISP access, network, server, wireless service provider, or related connection errors, including computer, satellite, telephone, or cable transmission failures;
3. Unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes;
4. Mechanical, electronic, human, and printing and/or typographical errors;
5. Application downloads and/or failures;
6. Any other errors or problems pertaining to the Sweepstakes, including errors in administration, announcement of winners, cancellation or postponement of an event, or incorrect processing of entries; and/or
7. Incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes.

Entrants further agree (1) that in no event shall an Entrant be entitled to receive attorney's fees and (2) they waive the right to claim punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Disputes, Arbitration, and Governing Law: Entrants and Sponsor agree to attempt to informally settle any disputes related to or arising out of the Sweepstakes, these Official Rules, or the awarding or use of any Prize ("Dispute"). If that cannot be done, Entrants and Sponsor agree that any Dispute will be resolved by BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Dispute Resolution Procedures and Supplementary Procedures for Consumer-Related Disputes. Entrants GIVE UP THEIR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT to assert or defend their rights under these Official Rules (EXCEPT for matters that may be taken to SMALL CLAIMS COURT). Further, ENTRANTS give up their right to assert claims on a class action or collective arbitration basis. Entrants' rights will be determined by a NEUTRAL ARBITRATOR and NOT a judge or jury. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules that would cause the application of the laws of any other jurisdiction.

Legal Process: In the event that a Prize winner is subject to any order or legal process issued by a governmental agency (e.g., garnishment, child support order, judgment, or lien), the Sponsor's delivery of the Prize to an official representative of that governmental entity shall be deemed the award of the Prize to the winner. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any claim by the winner for damages incidental thereto.

Definitions

"Credit Union" and "Sponsor" – Bay Federal Credit Union, headquartered at 3333 Clares Street, Capitola, CA 95010. Website: www.bayfed.com. Email: info@bayfed.com.

"Credit Union Employees and Officials" – All regular and contract employees, managers, members of the board of directors, supervisory committee members, volunteers, associates, and others maintaining an employment or volunteer relationship with Bay Federal Credit Union.

"Sweepstakes" – The Bay Federal Credit Union Visa Credit Card Sweepstakes occurring between Monday, April 13, 2026, and Saturday, June 6, 2026, as described in these Official Rules.

"Member" – A Bay Federal Credit Union member in good standing (as defined by the Credit Union) who, during the Sweepstakes, maintains a Bay Federal Credit Union membership account with a balance of at least $5.00, or an authorized signer in good standing on such a membership account.

"Cardholder" – A Member who possesses and uses their Visa Credit Card for a Purchase during the Sweepstakes period.

"New Cardholder" – A Member who has not had an open Bay Federal Credit Union Visa Credit Card as a primary owner within the prior 6 months.

"Winner" – The Member, Cardholder, or person responsible for the Entry selected during the Sweepstakes period.

"POS" – "Point of Sale" – a transaction whereby a Cardholder is an active participant in a Purchase.

"Purchase" – A POS transaction whereby the Cardholder uses their Visa Credit Card and specifies "Credit" during the transaction to pay for product(s) or service(s). In the event of a dispute as to who submitted a particular entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the primary cardholder in whose name the card was issued. Account adjustment transactions/returns, ATM cash withdrawals, cash advances, balance transfers, PIN-authorized purchases, and payments of interest, late fees, or over-limit fees do not count as entries. Other restrictions and exclusions may apply. Stolen, fraudulent, tampered-with, or otherwise altered Visa cards or card numbers are not eligible for automatic entry.

"Sweepstakes Period" – Begins at 12:00 AM on Monday, April 13, 2026, and ends at 11:59 PM on Saturday, June 6, 2026.
