Born and raised in Salinas, Blanca Arteaga started with Bay Federal as a temporary employee in 2021, and soon became a permanent member of the Home Lending Team. She serves both English and Spanish-speaking members. Blanca is a first-generation college graduate, earning a B.S. in Economics from San Jose State University.
